IBR215是採用NXP四核1.6GHz ARM Cortex®-A53 i.MX 8M Plus處理器的2.5吋單板電腦主機板。此工業級主機板尺寸僅105 x 72公厘，可提供無與倫比的電腦運算效能、先進的多媒體以及彈性化的連結介面，使其成為工業自動化、智能家居和建築、智慧城市和工廠、零售環境、機器學習以及工業物聯網等應用的首選產品。
IBR215具有多個顯示接口(HDMI和雙通道LVDS)、兼容5G的M.2 3052插槽、3GB LPDDR4 系統內存、高達64GB的eMMC閃存、外部I/O包括一個HDMI 2.0a、兩個USB 3.0、兩個GbE RJ45、一個USB OTG和一個SD插座，以及用於兩個I2C和DC電源的內部接頭。其內建三個2x20接頭，可將通信和GPIO信號連接到IBR215-IO擴展板，以提供一個M.2 E-key 插槽、一個mPCIe 插槽、一個RS232/422/485端口、兩個USB 3.0、背光控制雙通道LVDS，兩個CAN bus以及兩個MIPI攝像頭串行接口。.
