Coronavirus (COVID-19) Notice - Delivery of IBASE Products

CORONAVIRUS DISEASE 2019 (COVID-19)
DELIVERY OF IBASE PRODUCTS   

We, at IBASE Technology Inc. in Taipei, Taiwan, hereby wish to assure all our customers that we are doing our utmost to minimize the impact brought about by the current COVID-19 (Wuhan Flu) outbreak.   

1. We are located in Taiwan and our factories/productions lines are situated in different strategic locations in Taiwan;    
2. Since some raw materials we use come indirectly from China, current production schedules can be affected. We will keep our customers informed regarding the delivery these schedules from time to time;    
3. We are in the midst of sourcing from alternative suppliers (if available) outside of China and expanding our supplier base to minimize the current impact, if any;    
4. Most importantly, we are maintaining the communication channel open to keep customers updated of the latest status of products, enquiries, orders, and upcoming deliveries, as well as to gain a better understanding of customers' needs.  

We may not be able to control any unforeseen disruptions, but we seek your kind understanding as we all tide over through these tough times - together.
