When an accident occurs, the scene is controlled to prevent secondary disasters, and assistance is provided for the injured to receive necessary first aid or medical treatment. Besides essential first aid or rescue, the scene should be preserved intact, and the labor safety department must be notified immediately, and within 8 hours, the labor inspection authority should be informed.
