Occupational Safety and Health
To effectively control occupational safety and health risks in the factory and improve the health and safety of the working environment for workers, IBASE implements the ISO 45001 Workplace Health and Safety Management System. This management system covers all IBASE employees and contractors. At the moment, ISO 45001 external verification has not yet been conducted.
IBASE carries out operations according to the "Occupational Safety and Health Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment Management Procedure," performing hazard identification and risk assessment, and planning related improvement measures according to the risk levels scored to reduce operational hazard risks and enhance workplace safety.
For occupational accidents and incidents, there are comprehensive response measures in place. Based on the "Occupational Safety and Health Incident Investigation Management Procedure" formulated by IBASE, incidents are classified and the corresponding investigation procedures are initiated. At the same time, corrective measures are implemented to prevent similar accidents from occurring. Accident investigation is an essential part of occupational safety, and IBASE strictly enforces this. When an accident occurs, the scene is controlled to prevent secondary disasters, and assistance is provided for the injured to receive necessary first aid or medical treatment. Besides essential first aid or rescue, the scene should be preserved intact, and the labor safety department must be notified immediately, and within 8 hours, the labor inspection authority should be informed. After investigating the accident and recording it in the "Workplace Safety and Health Accident Report Form," the labor safety department drafts corrective measures and includes the incident in future announcements and occupational safety and health training materials.
