Taipei, Taiwan, September 23, 2011 - IBASE Technology (TASDAQ: 8050), a leading manufacturer of industrial motherboards, launches the MI958 motherboard featuring the embedded A55E controller hub. The board is available with the G-Series T56N or T40N processor, as well as two DDR3 DIMM slots for a memory size of up to 8GB.

Designed for applications that require high performance graphics and power efficiency such as digital signage and surveillance systems, the MI958 leverages the G-Series processors’ built-in Radeon HD graphics by providing an array of video interface including VGA, DVI-D and 18-bit single channel LVDS. The T56N and T48N Radeon HD 6320/6310 graphics both allow resolutions up to 2560 x 1600 pixel.

I/O connectors on the MI958 rear side include high definition audio dual Gigabit LAN, four USB, DVI-D, VGA and dual serial ports. Internal headers/connectors support two serial ports, four SATA III, four USB and digital I/O. Samples of the IBASE MI958 Mini-ITX motherboards are available now.
