IBASE SI-24S Digital Signage System Wins Computex Gold Award |
Taipei, Taiwan, June 2, 2009 - IBASE Technology Inc. (TASDAQ: 8050), a leading manufacturer of industrial motherboards and embedded systems, is proud to receive the 2009 COMPUTEX TAIPEI Design and Innovation Gold Award for its IBASE SI-24S Digital Signage System.
The selection was made by the International Forum Design (iF), in cooperation with the Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA). An expert iF jury examined 147 entries from four different nations, selected 20 entries to receive the COMPUTEX TAIPEI design & innovation awards 2009 and finally chose five winners for the Gold Award.

SI-24S meets the growing demand for high graphic performance and quad High Definition independent displays. It features a segregated flow thermal solution that prevents the accumulation of contaminants on the system’s electronics, and its dual Maglev fans provide worry-free 24/7 operation over extended durations. Integrated with brackets for ease of installation, the ultra-slim and compact design measures only 260mm(W)x175mm(D)x30mm(H).
